The first step towards getting focus is that we have to create a balance in things that we are doing in our daily life. There is a very common technique that often suggests for getting mental focus or for goal setting, we should stop doing all of those activities abruptly which distracts us mentally, and start focusing on the things which are needed for achieving our goals.  But I personally feel that this is a very big mistake which we all do.  We are wrong if we stop watching tv, and turn off our music system. stop using social networks or playing video games, and only start concentrating on how we can get our desired goals, believe me by doing this we only get focus for two to three days then we start getting frustrated and would go back to our previous unhealthy routine  Because sometimes these things work just as a meditation. Often when we listen to music or watch tv, we forget our problems. So in a balanced form, these all healthy activities are equally important.









And always remember that without staying focused it's difficult to get any success in any area of life, especially in this fast and modern age.
